Refund Policy & Course Cancellations

To secure your place, payment of the full course fee must be made at the time of enrolment.

A full refund will be made when:

  • A course is cancelled or rescheduled by Aussie Potz, and you are unable to attend on the new date.

  • You cannot attend a course or workshop due to medical reasons and a medical certificate is presented. You must notify Aussie Potz prior to the start of the course/workshop.


A refund of the course fee less 20% administration fee will be issued when:

  • You withdraw from a course five (5) or more days before the start date.


No refunds will be offered if :

  • You withdraw four (4) or fewer days prior to the course start date.

  • You withdraw on or after the course start date.

  • You are absent from a class. (credit voucher option not available).

Credit Vouchers:

  • Can be issued for class cancellation to be used at a further date,  administration fees will be deducted from your reissued voucher.

Shiftworkers & Absences:  We can offer you flexibility to make up classes

  • If you are sick

  • If you are a shift worker

  • If you work fly-in fly-out.

Every effort will be made to accommodate your requests.   If you are inflexible and can’t commit to a replacement class, then you will forgo your catchup class.


Subject to place availability, you can enrol after a course has commenced. Payment of full course fee applies.

Credit will not be offered under any circumstances.

Privacy Policy

Any personal details recorded by Aussie Potz Studio will be used only for the purposes of your enrolment in Aussie Potz classes and workshops and to notify you of future courses and events.
If you do not wish for these details to be used by Aussie Potz, please contact Deidre Edward at info@aussiepotz.com.au to register this request.
No personal information will be disclosed outside Aussie Potz without your expressed consent, except where required by law.
