Finding stillness in the pottery process gives one an opportunity to slow down. It’s a very calming, stress releasing, and meditative activity where your personal wellbeing is enhanced by the therapeutic and healing medium of clay. Communication, problem-solving, and experimentation skills are some of the many benefits of these workshops. During this session, we learn to let go of attachments and expectations and accept what comes from within. It’s the experience, rather than the end product that releases the inner calm. This experience can be tailored specifically for your Teambuilding Event.
